To comply with current legal requirements, all occupants aged 18 and over must complete identity verification and Right to Rent checks before the tenancy can commence.

In addition, all named tenants on the tenancy agreement are required to undergo Politically Exposed Person (PEP) and sanctions screening. We manage the entire compliance process, ensuring all required checks are completed and recorded in accordance with current legislation.
