If a client requires a copy of their records, a full digital file can be provided upon request. This ensures easy access to important compliance information whenever it is needed, while maintaining secure and organised storage in line with data protection requirements.

The information stored typically includes identity verification records, proof of address, right to rent checks, financial and referencing information, tenancy agreements, and records relating to rent payments and compliance. These documents must be stored securely, accessed only when necessary, and retained only for as long as legally required or justified for business purposes, after which they are safely deleted.
