We collect rent directly from tenants and transfer it to the landlord promptly, ensuring a reliable and timely flow of funds. Monthly statements will be provided as well as access to Landlord / Owner portal, where you will have access to all your property information and documents 24/7. This is a great tool to assist with tax reporting. 

Where applicable, authorised maintenance costs and approved invoices will be deducted from the rental payment before the balance is forwarded. This helps streamline payments, reduce administrative handling, and ensure all agreed expenses are managed efficiently within the same process.
