Property Maintenance

We will manage tenant queries, assessing reported issues and, where possible, advising tenants on how to resolve minor problems without the need for a contractor visit. Where repair work is required, we will obtain and send a quotation to the Landlord or Owner for approval before instructing a contractor. We will coordinate with both the tenant and the contractor throughout the process until the work has been completed.

Three tenant assistance requests, where we are able to resolve the issue by providing advice without the need for a contractor call-out, will be treated as one property maintenance charge. These services may be purchased in advance, as part of a bundle or invoiced individually as they arise at a fee of £35 per maintenance charge. Bundles are renewable annually.
