Regular property inspections help ensure your property is being well maintained throughout the tenancy. Inspections can be scheduled on a quarterly, mid-year, or annual basis to suit your requirements. Following each inspection, you will receive a detailed report, including colour photographs and notes on the property's condition, highlighting any maintenance issues or areas that may require attention.
Report includes a smoke and CO compliance inspection.
