Owner / Landlord Check

Each landlord or property owner is legally required to complete identity verification, provide proof of address and proof of property ownership, and, where applicable, obtain and provide mortgage lender consent to let. In addition, all landlords and property owners must undergo Politically Exposed Person (PEP) and sanctions screening.

If you are unable to provide recent mortgage statements, your properties title deed or official title register to prove ownership, please see other services where you can order an official copy of the properties title register.

Note: Each owner named on the property title deed or mortgage agreement must have an individual check. Once check is done you will not be required to do this again for the duration of our business relationship.
