Non-resident landlords (NRLs) who have not received approval from HMRC under the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme are legally required to have tax deducted from their rental income. As the agent, we must collect the rental payments, deduct the applicable tax, and then transfer the remaining balance to the landlord. All applicable statements and certificates will be sent to your registered email address in accordance with legislation. This fee is charged annually.
