Inventory & Check-In

We will prepare and complete a comprehensive inventory with the incoming tenant on the day they move into the property, ensuring the property's condition and contents are reviewed, agreed, and finalised on site. The tenant will sign the inventory and check-in documentation, meter readings will be recorded, and the keys will be handed over.

This provides an accurate and agreed record of the property's condition at the start of the tenancy, helping to support the tenancy and any future deposit discussions. Report includes a smoke and CO compliance inspection.
