We will manage all enquiries received during the marketing campaign, coordinate the viewing schedule, and handle all viewing bookings, rescheduling and cancellations. Viewings will be conducted by the existing Tenant or the Owner/Landlord.

We will carry out an initial affordability assessment of prospective applicants and provide the Landlord or Owner with details of suitable applicants.
