Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assesses the energy efficiency of a property and provides it with a rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). During the assessment, a qualified energy assessor evaluates factors such as insulation, heating systems, lighting, and construction to determine the property's energy performance. You will receive an EPC along with recommendations for improving energy efficiency, helping to reduce energy consumption and running costs. An EPC is a legal requirement when selling or letting most residential properties and is valid for 10 years.
